Frequently Asked Questions

We have a large volume of luggage, can you still accommodate us?

Yes, please bring it to our attention at the time of booking. Our SUV's have an extended cargo area and roof racks for ski/snowboard bags and additional luggage if necessary, and our Vans has more than enough cargo space for your luggage and gear too.

How many people can you accommodate at one pickup?

With our current fleet of two black on black SUV's and a 14 passenger executive van, we can comfortably and safely seat up to 28 passengers. However in cases where there are larger groups, we have two options. First option; schedule for multiple pickups. Mammoth is a small town and we can get larger groups around quickly. Second option; we can secure additional vehicles to meet your needs, however this service needs to be scheduled well ahead of time.

Can you accommodate airport transportation for our attendees?

Yes. We offer executive airport shuttle service from Mammoth Yosemite Airport, Hot Creek Aviation (private sector at Mammoth Lakes airport), Eastern Sierra Regional Airport in Bishop, and Reno-Tahoe International Airport. We also offer long distance car service from the following international airports; Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and San Diego.

What are your daily hours of operation?

Our transportation services are provided 7 days a week, from 7:00am to 12:00am. If you are looking for pickups outside of these times, please contact us for special arrangements.

We want to make sure our attendees have personal time to enjoy Mammoth Lakes. Do you offer transportation for hiking and sightseeing?

Yes. We can assist in whatever transportation needs you require. In the winter we offer transportation to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, June Lake, and to any of the local cross country ski locations. In the summer we provide trailhead transportation, and private guided sightseeing tours throughout the Eastern Sierra.
